Berlin Township Municipal Building Berlin, New Jersey Conversion and substantial renovation of former furniture store to municipal building. The 30,800 SF, one-story building houses a 180-seat Courtroom with Court Administration and Judges Chamber, a 3300 SF Community Meeting Center with one large and three small conference rooms, Police Administration with separate Sallyport,

	Avalon Public Safety Building Avalon, New Jersey Design of a new 17,737 SF Police wing and EMS Garage, following demolition of the original structure.
The Public Safety Complex will house the Emergency Management, Rescue Squad, Beach Tag and Communications functions. The new construction will also house the police and detective divisions and central dispatch as well as the police records and administration. The volunteer fire department portion of the building included new garage bay doors, new aesthetically pleasing metal façade panels and the painting of the rear of the existing building to match the addition.offfices.

	Pine Hill Municipal Building Pine Hill , New Jersey New, one-story, 7,132 SF municipal building with Finance, Court, Clerk Community Development and a public Meeting Room. Designed and constructed under the budget.

	A new public works/central receiving complex to be located along Haven Avenue between 10th and 11th Streets. The $5.3 Million facility will improve efficiency of services and enable better inventorying of supplies.
