NFL Films Headquarters Office and Production Technology Studio Mount Laurel, NJ Garrison Architects has designed a 195,000 SF headquarters office and state-of-the-art motion picture and television studio for the people who bring us Monday Night football. Studio 2000 includes an environmentally controlled film vault for 20 million feet of film, a film processing lab, 2 shooting stages, 8 editing suites w/ Dolby Surround Sound, 6 telecine rooms, 4 audio mixing suites, a sound studio that house a 60 piece orchestra, a 125-seat theatre, a digital Graphics-Editing Department, and we haven't mentioned offices yet! Dallas-based Russ Berger Design Group are associated with Garrison for design and programming of the video, data and telecommunication studios.

7000 Midlantic Drive Mount Laurel, NJ In 2008 Brandywine Realty Trust will complete the Laurel Corporate center with a 4-story, 114,000 SF speculative office building at the intersection of Rt 38 and I-295 designed by Garrison Architects.

IBAH Headquarters King of Prussia, PA This 155,000 SF headquarters for a leading pharmaceutical company is a Brandywine Realty Trust project and showcases 21st Century technologies including dry and wet labs and video conferencing.

400 Berwyn Park Berwyn, PA The final phase of a 4-building multi-tenant speculative office park that includes over 400,000 SF of office for some of the NE region's Fortune 500 companies, nestled in a wooded sloping site at Routes 252 & 202. One of many projects with Brandywine Realty Trust.

401 Plymouth Meeting Plymouth Meeting, PA The headquarters of Brandywine Reality Trust is a 6-story 200,000 SF Class A office building with 33,000 SFper floor, state-of-the-art HVAC systems, structured parking and spectacular views of the Pa Turnpike Interchange.

VTEL Office and Research Center Gulph Mills, PA VTEL Corporation, based in Austin, TX, commissioned Garrison Architects to design their new 40,000 SF Northeast Communications Division. Services included architectural and engineering design for the complete shell fit out, as well as all furniture and work stations for over 100 employees. The facility was designed as a training center and included a full service kitchen. and support facilities.

Lynch Industries Burlington, NJ This 130,000 SF office, warehouse and manufacturing facility was designed for Lynch Exhibits in a build-to-suit commission with The Dolan Group, a Burlington County based Design/Build company.
